Hello everyone!...Welcome back to my blog. As last time I had introduce you about Produce 101 season 2, a successful South Korean survival reality show, so today's blog will be specifically about Wanna One. Let’s get started!
Wanna One (워너원) is a South Korean boy band formed through Produce 101 season 2 under YMC Entertainment, with the current artists, Ailee, Jessi (and Former Artists, I.O.I). The band consists of 11 members; Kang Daniel, Park Jihoon, Lee Daehwi, Kim Jaehwan, Ong Seongwoo, Park Woojin, Lai Kuanlin, Yoon Jisung, Hwang Minhyun, Bae Jinyoung and Ha Sungwoon. Yoon Jisung is a leader of the group, while Kang Daniel is the center and Lai Kuanlin as a maknae (the youngest one) of Wanna One. Also, The fandom name is "Wannable", which is the nominee name from the fan club that the members have chosen. Futhermore, the group will promote for 18 months as temporary group, then will be disbanded on 31st December, 2018.

Moreover, there are two Wanna One’s members who actually got to debut as one of the boy band’s members before participating Produce 101 Season 2 as the contestants, Hwang Minhyun (from NU’EST, under Pledis entertainment) and Ha Sungwoon (from Hotshot, under Star Crew entertainment, which formerly named Ador & Able.)
After they have officially signed a contract with the agency, They have always been active in many events such as the photo shooting for

Moreover, They also shoot advertisement videos and posters for many famous products in South Korea. Let's see which products that have Wanna One as the promoters!
Innisfree - a famous Korean all-natural cosmetics and skincare brand. The product that Wanna One being the presenter for is called “Jeju Volcanic Color Clay Mask”, facial masks that have 7 colors in total which address different skin concerns. I owned several colors of this product and I would say that this product is really effective, my skin becomes more radiant after using this product for a month (2 times per week). I recommend you guys try this product!
HITE Extra cold - South Korean beer product. For this product, only sui Juris (a person who reached legal age) members (Kang Daniel, Kim Jaehwan, Ong Seungwoo, Hwang Minhyun and Ha Sungwoon) are able to the presenters of this product.

SNOW - A video messaging application with cute and funny stickers. Wanna One’s members are able to show their cute and playful side in this advertisment video!
Also, they have attended many variety shows and hitting the highest ratings such as Happy Together, The Return of Superman, Weekly Idol, SNL Korea 9 and etc. In SNL Korea 9, each member will have their own skit as “3-minute boyfriend” according to the individual’s featured, which is very hilarious!

The first variety show they have ever filmed is their own reality show called “Wanna One Go”, which first on aired on 3rd August. The show will make the audience explore their daily life in the dorm by setting the cameras at every single area in the dorm (including in the toilet lol). Also, there was an event called “1x1=1”, that the audience are able to pair up two members as a team via online voting (again) and those two members will have to be together for one day by having a 1-meter string tied on each other’s wrist, If one gets angry, the string will be reduced in length by 20 cm. The longest string left will win a prize and the shortest will receive punishment.
In addition, the show will reveal some behind the scenes of the photo shoot and the premier show-con (their first public appearance as Wanna One). Wanna One Go have 2 episodes; first episode on 3rd August and another episode on 10th August. Wanna One Go season 2 will be on air on the first half of September.

Wanna One has released their 1st mini album named “1x1=1 ( to be one)” consisting 7 songs:

Their first title song “Energetic” was released on 7th August; the same day the Premier Show-con. the title track has been chosen by the public via online voting(again and again) and it is a dance track about how you feel when you are with the person you have feelings for. I personally really like all the songs in the album specially Energetic and Burn it up. Also, the choreography for both songs are very cool and enjoyable to try to dance along.
